Role Requirements:
• PMP certification preferred, other project management certification may be substituted.
• Proven track record in planning, building, and launching successful software development projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT communications, networking, data, and infrastructure components.
• Good client relationship and management skills; able to relate and interface easily with upper level decision makers.
• Microsoft network and support technologies.
• Experience in Processing/Call Center technology implementations to include the development of requirements and design, evaluation and recommendation of available technologies, and managing installation and deployment of supporting applications and technologies.
• Experience in reengineering workflow and automated processes to support centralized processing centers.
• In-depth understanding of IT tools, frameworks, languages, techniques, methods, and policies.
• Experience with any of the following would be helpful but not required: Enterprise Architecture Planning, Human / Social Services experience, and the Zachmann Framework.

Also to include:
• Understands government human / social services business process and operations
• Works well with IT and functional areas
• Designs architecture for an organization on an enterprise level
• Analyze and recommend commercially available technology solutions
• Analyze technology solutions in place in other State government settings and summarize findings on success
• Proficient in developing and providing high-level executive briefings
• Provides strategic consultation direction to management
