Positions: Senior Tester Analyst/Manager
Locations:
Duration: 6+ months
*** Phone and in-person interview required ***
*** Local or regional candidates preferred ***
*** Drug test and background check required ***
Key Skills:
- Property and Casualty Insurance Industry experience
- Technical or Project Management experience with developing, testing, and deploying J2EE applications in an IBM WebSphere environment
- Technical or Project Management experience with architecting, designing, performance testing, and/or deploying complex n-tier computing environments requiring virtual computing and high-availability
- Technical or Project Management experience with performance testing tools such as HP's
- Technical or Project Management experience with end-to-end application performance monitoring tools such as CA's Wily, OPNET, or HP.
- Technical or Project Management experience with SOA concepts and integration products such as IBM's WebSphere Message Broker / Fabric.
Requirements:
- Superior IT technical and analytical skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects entailing performance testing directly relating to the establishment of new computing environments or deployment of new infrastructure technology in an n-tier architecture entailing web applications and integration with legacy applications
- Exceptional project management skills
- Outstanding communications, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
