Filenet Design Lead with Filenet and Java development experience

� 5+ years experience in applications programming using Java/J2EE technologies , specifically Java Web Services, Oracle and SQL Server DB's

5+ years experience as a FileNet lead architect, including at least 2 multi-tenant solutions

� Experience with MQ a plus

� Experience using SCRUM or other agile methodology

� Experience with FileNet ' s Process Designer for creating work flows, and creation of Step Processor and Component steps in FileNet.

� Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.

� Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment

� Adaptability and willingness to learn � Extremely detail oriented

� Demonstrated working knowledge of current networking, databasestorage solutions

� Familiarity with health care

� Strong customer service focus

� Strong mentoring skills

� Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

� Excellent oral and written communication skills
