Description:

The SEMS lab in client place is seeking a strong software engineer.  The application under development supports a key internal process, and has been in progress but not yet completed.  This key role is responsible for the timely delivery of the system, as well as participation in creating the product's specifications and delivery schedule. Seeking a motivated, up and coming leader with excellent people, project-management and development skills, with the desire to create a product that exceeds customer demands and helps SEMS achieve business value.

Responsibilities:

·     Substantially contribute to the development efforts for a product through the entire software development lifecycle - including the User Interface, development and QA.

·     Develop and maintain the project schedule based on individual as well as project team availability.

·     Actively manage project scope to keep project on schedule.

·     Exercise judgment within generally defined best practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for providing solutions.

·     Troubleshoot, debug, and sustain product through lifecycle.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

·     Self motivated, able to work with little supervision

·     Strong drive for quality along with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required

·     Minimum 5 years working on Web based user interfaces, with demonstrated competency in ASP.NET 3.5, IIS, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, NHibernate

·     Experience with Visual Studio Team System, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (or 2008)

·     Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve problems with complex Web based applications.

·     Demonstrated ability with solving complex challenges to deliver a dynamic, responsive, user friendly Web based interface.

·     Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and scope to ensure timely project completion.

·     Agile development exp. 

·     BS CS or equivalent experience.
