The Customer Loyalty Website is the primary effort.   It hooks into several things.

They are also heading down a SOA/common services path.  So, mid-tier common services development.

 

On the web front end it is Asp.Net, 3.5 Framework.   JavaScript and Ajax.  They don’t need Silverlight or anything fancy.   They other developers are .net 3.5 framework guys as well.  WPF skills for 1-2.  WCF is most likely required for the mid-tier developers.

Basically, anyone with recent .net 3.5 development backgrounds might work if they know their stuff.
