·         Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Process Engineering, Design, Development, Deployment Support and Testing) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·         Proficient in using Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) for building n-tier architecture systems with hands on development expertise in front-end UI layer, application layer including middleware and core business frameworks and back-end database layer integration.

·         Worked extensively on Flex 3, ActionScript 3.0, and BlazeDS for developing RIA applications.

·         Used Flex 3 controls, Navigators, Layout controls and charts as part of developing RIA applications.

·         Experience in Java, J2EE technologies, JSP, SERVLETS, JMS, JDBC, JNDI and JavaBeans.

·         Extensive hands on experience in dynamic web development using AJAX, Java Script, DOJO, jQuery, XML and CSS.

·         Experience in design, develop and implementations of AJAX based RIA applications.

·         Experience using java based development frameworks like Struts, Spring,  IBatis 2.2 and Hibernate 3.0

• Extensive experience in Oracle (8i/9i/10g) SQL, MySQL, MS-SQL Server 2005, IBM DB2 Databases Design, and JDBC programming.

·         Proficient in Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS) including Yasu Quick Rules, JBOSS Drools.

·         Usage of ERWIN for data model analysis in RDBMS for generation of SQL scripts and SQL development (Writing SQL Queries including Joins, Stored procedures, Views) using MS SQLServer 2000/2005, Oracle, MySQL and IBM DB2.

• Working experience in Apache Tomcat, Weblogic Application Server, Websphere and JBoss.

·         Experienced using tools for software development including defect tracking (Bugzilla, Mantis) and version control (Subversion/VSS).

·         Experience in integration of Spring and JMS.

·         Experience in developing components using JFreeChart, ILOG Jviews charts, Quartz Scheduler, and Apache POI.

·         Strong Experience in the development of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) based systems using Axis Web Services with WSDL 1.2 and also used JAX-RPC and SOAP over HTTP.

·         Hands on experience in using Eclipse 3.x, and Flex Builder 3.

·         Experience in java application testing using JUNIT framework for unit testing.

·         Hands on experience using ANT, MAVEN build tool.
