Demonstrated experience mentoring/coaching other developers in the installation, configuration, and management of BizTalk Server 2009.

Proven ability to work with developers to establish best practices for the deployment of BizTalk applications.

Demonstrated experience installing and deploying a BizTalk 2006 and/or 2009 environment.

Demonstrated experience configuring a BizTalk 2006 and/or 2009 environment.

Demonstrated experience installing a SQL Server 2005/2008 environment. (Please note if this was or was not for use by BizTalk 2009)

2+ year - Demonstrated experience performance tuning a BizTalk 2006/2009 environment.
