The problem is back..... Cannot post to the Google group that I own again....
same problem as early November, same message. This seems to be affecting our
googlemail members, not the Gmail members. Hello lynd...@googlemail.com, We're

Removing batches of messages - 1 new
------------------------------------
Hi, we recently had a user with an autoresponse on their email that has sent
some 3000 or so messages to our group. I've banned the user, but can't find
any way to batch remove the messages. Is there anyway to remove/hide all
messages from a user? If I remove the user do the messages go away? - Thurs,

Putting members of a Google Group into different categories - 2 new
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Is it possible to divide members of a Google Group into different categories?
For example, can we create two categories, say Coaches and Parents. Then
create discussions that are limited to either the Coaches or Parents or All
categories. I guess I can mark the Coaches as Managers and Parents as Regular -

I am not sure what to do about this, but my new group--a web tour-- at: [link]
suddenly had the essential, web tour page removed. So I went in to see how to
fix it, and realized that I am no longer a moderator or a member! I had to go
into the group and apply as a member again..to - Thurs, Nov 19 2009 8:25 am

Files of 4.10 Mbytes won't post in group - 1 new
------------------------------------------------
And if the error message says, "The maximum size was set by the owners of this
list," as mine does, does that mean we can change it? I don't find any
evidence that it can be changed - it seems the file size limit was set by
google, not me. Wasn't it? Does anyone know where it can be changed, if not? -

Where are all these views coming from? - 2 new
----------------------------------------------
I'm a member of a few rather modestly sized groups that are getting around 700
views per day. Where the heck are all those views coming from? Does Groups
give me any way to view referrers? Or see if there are particularly highly-
viewed posts? - Thurs, Nov 19 2009 3:52 pm
