1. IM Pre-requisite Should expertise in understanding the Identity Management concepts. 2. Sound knowledge of Data Reconciliation Keep up to date on the upgrade options, enhancements, add-ons and features in the Tivoli Identity Manager with a view to improving the productivity of the project.

3. Understands the range of options and best practices for common IDM design techniques such as user provisioning, data purging, data ownership and reconciliation Understands Federation, SPML Tool Specific:

 4. Should have defined solution architecture, HLD, LLD and integration with Role Engineering and Access Management tools Contribution towards Reviews and Test Plan Experience Range :5+
