Are you sure you were Signed in? Without being signed in, Google groups are
not recognizing anybody as a group active member, when accessed from the web

How do I "mass unsubscribe" invitees? - 1 new

Because we migrated a 13000 member list earlier, I have a lot of invitees
where I am waiting for them to sign up to the new list. However after four
weeks, we can assume that they missed the earlier mail. Hence I want to remove
them from the "open" list and reinvite them. Getting their names is no problem

Hi Aldo- Thanks for your response. The one difference is that many of my
students will actually use their .edu addresses ON Google. That is, there's an
agreement between UCSC and Google to provide mail services and other apps to
students. I simply want to know if Groups can be part of that set of apps. -

Hi, I am the owner/manager of a new Google group. I sent out an initial
welcome message and invited a group of members. Some folks have given me a
different email address to use though and now I can't find a copy of the
original welcome message I sent. Where can I find this message so that i can

I have created a google group that is configured to allow anyone to post and
is not moderated. Messages make it through from three of four domains that
have been tried, however the fourth is always flagged as possible spam. Those
that are trying to post are not members of the group but 3 of 4 can post -

Ownership was transferred but can't access group settings - 1 new

Hi, the owner of a group transferred the "ownership" to me, but I can't access
any management or administrative settings. For all intents and purposes, it
appears I am a regular member. However, if you click on "contact group owner,"
my email address pops up. So I am the owner yet I have no access as an owner.

Adding Members - 1 new

I attempted to add several members to a group I started today but my new
members and my lengthly welcome message was lost because Google was unable to
process the request at that time. Google suggested that I wait a few minutes
and try again. I did and then refreshed the page so as to not lose the
