NOTE: this position is not a Web Development, Need Windows Developer using WinForms.

Required Skills:

�       3+ years designing and developing enterprise-class, database-driven, web-based solutions (front-end and back-end)

�       3+ years delivering architecture solutions for large-scale systems using Windows-based technologies
�       3+ years experience delivering solutions using ASP, NET Framework, C#, XML, SQL, PL/SQL
�       Development experience with Oracle Database and with using Stored Procedures
�       Experience with full system life cycle development, with emphasis on incremental, iterative development and deployment

�       Experience with security and encryption
�       Experience with Web Services and understanding of WS-* standards a plus
�       Experience with JAVA a plus
�       Experience with SharePoint a plus
