Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Job Duties:
75% *Act as the technical lead in a big Records Management project involving all ECM tools. Manage on-shore and off-shore resources working on different aspects of SharePoint. Participates in meetings with developers to identify and specify system requirements and processes. Provides guidance to project team on design and development related issues. Provides technical leadership in the project from solutioning phase to completion.
20 % *Reviews detailed design specifications to be written and in the analysis and revision of existing documentation where applicable.
*Uses specialized skills and technical expertise to assist users in resolving a system problems.
5% *Assists in identifying alternative solutions and recommending the best solution based upon fact discovery and experience.
Specialized/Practical Knowledge:
• Expertise in SharePoint
• Working knowledge of ECM products (e.g. SharePoint, Documentum, LiveLink and PathBuilder)
* Administration, configuration and customization of SharePoint including developing and implementing custom and third-party Web Parts a plus
* Understanding of SharePoint Features and Solutions
* Creating custom site definitions
• VitalPath - PathBuilder integration toolkit experience
• Understanding of Livelink architecture and functionality a plus.
• Experience utilizing App workflows, IT audit and security.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, and management and its staff members.
• Strong interpersonal, client service, oral and written communications, organizational,
and task management skills.
Management Skill:
Collaborated offshore and onshore technical resources
Interaction:
Interface with Cxx levels of organization on down to staff
Complexity/Problem Solving:
Requires experience in re-engineering and implementation of processes for the web and development arena
