Descriptions
· Partner with reporting, technical, data and change management leads to document functional requirements.
· Partner with business SMAs to execute tasks related to the deployment of the functional solution; such as: Documentation of local procedures (SOP), data migration clean-up, construction & preparation activities, testing preparation and execution support, configuration trouble shooting, and site cut-over preparation and execution.
· Provide functional support during deployment after the 2 pilot sites, for post go-live and for on-going system support (potential site travel required across the US).
· Responsible for activities such as requirement gathering, assessing requirements, test planning, analysis, and concept development.
· Interact with Project Managers from multiple organizations to track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status to supervisor, and to assess potential impacts to the business.
· Maintain project documentation including, but not limited to, project lists, project status reports, budget information, and issues lists.
· Network with peers through the BA Community of Practice to leverage best practices and comply with enterprise standards.
· Generate ideas and suggestions for process improvements that are needed within business and IT organizations.
· Maintains regular contact with clients. Coordinates and reports on project progress, obstacles and accomplishments"
· Manage requirement changes.
· Work with Quality Control, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure Business acceptance.
· Develop use cases as a key communication tool between the business and technical teams.
· Document current & future state assessments.
· Demonstrate knowledge and expertise with the systems being developed or enhanced.
· Use strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical business and end-users can understand.
· Work on multiple projects at one time.
· Create and maintain functional models, process flows, and wire-frame diagrams.
Additional Skills: SKILLS:
3+ years of experience in SAP configuration, in particular MM, IM, and QM modules
Experience on inventory management with specific focus on integration with purchasing, cost controlling and shipping flows as well as stock management (e.g. physical inventory cycle counting, stock value, stock reporting, etc...); knowledge required for integration with QM for sampling management, lot evaluation and judgement, lot traceability.
Basic knowledge on warehouse management with focus on warehouse structure definition and material flow management.
3+ years of experience in SAP configuration, in particular PP/IP and PM modules.
Experience on "Make to Order" Planning model design and configuration, Material Requirement Planning with focus on master production schedule, Planned Order Management and integration with Purchasing, as well as management of "point of re-order" and safety stock with direct impact on purchasing.
Experience on Order Management configuration, master data management (Master Recipe, BoM) and process instructions.
Experience in Plant Maintenance with specific focus on equipment master data management, preventive maintenance and calibration scheduling, maintenance order management.
Experience with business critical applications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
