Business Analyst with HIPAA

Complete Description:
This initiative requires the resource to evaluate the existing District agencies requiring HIPAA Security measures and to offer a comprehensive and logical approach in providing HIPAA Security for those agencies. The contractor must have HIPAA IT security assessment experience. Conduct risk analysis of various agencies here after referred to as a covered entity, to identifying deficiencies in standards, to resolving problems where applicable, to develop and amend HIPAA associated Policies, Plans, and Procedures. Implement preventive compliance measures as it relates to Part 164 of the HIPAA Security Rule described in the Work Plan. The contractor must have a history of providing HIPAA assessments.

 

Description:   IT HIPAA Security Assessment contractors with previous HIPAA assessment experience. Please submit all candidates by 6pm on Thursday 8/13/09
