KEY EXPERIENCE:

Technical Writer is responsible for creating, standardizing, and maintaining documentation. This includes designing and writing training guides and user manuals under supervision of senior technical writers.

 

Contractor will be documenting internal procedures, process maps, and supporting documentations to complete the documentation of all internal procedures. This position will reside in the National Servicing Organization, Compliance and Risk area. Skills needed are: expert technical writer; excellent communication skill, oral and written; expert knowledge of excel and ms office applications including visio; strong analytical skills and ability; ability to document and created procedures and communications
