Required Skills:

1. Minimum 4+ years experience with Flash development
2. Excellent knowledge of both ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0.
3. Strong experience with Flex Development
4. Experience working closely with UI designers
5. Experience developing at least large Flash application
6. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design skills.
7. Ability to produce prototypes quickly

 

Pluses:

1. Experience with Flash Lite is highly desirable
2. Experience with C++ and/or Java.
