Java Developer

 

Central NJ – local only who can go for inperson interview tom or on Friday. Must be able to start on Monday

 

6 Months

 

Candidate will work within a Commerce group that will be responsible for maintenance and enhancements of existing commerce applications.  Candidate will interface with various business units (Billing, Marketplace, Call Center) and management.  Candidate will be given specifications and is expected to work with minimal guidance

 

Required Skills:

 Java/J2EE development experience in an enterprise size environment

Ø      Experience with Multithreading and Concurrency

Ø      Heavy server side and backend programming experience

Ø      Strong experience with Web Services (REST, iBATIS and Spring)

Ø      Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL

Ø      Linux background

Ø      Must have very good communication skill. 

Ø      The selected candidate will be expected to interface with various business units and management to understand their needs

Ø      Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills

Ø      Ability to think on his/her feet, to troubleshoot and resolve production issues that may arise

Ø      Practical C development experience is a huge plus

Ø      Ruby on Rails development is Required

Ø      Experience with commerce applications is a plus
