Position            :    Unix Systems Administrator

Location            :    Chicago, IL

Duration            :    9 Months

 

·        Data Center Move Project - requires weekend work - expected work week during the move phases of the project will be Thursday - Monday
Unix Speciality - Has operating systems, network, or database programming experience in a complex data processing environment.

·         Responsible for the implementation of operating system, database, or network projects.

·         Installs new releases of operating systems products from various vendors such as SUN and IBM.

·         Works with partners to assess business needs; provides application development support and user training.

 

Required:
Sun Solaris 10 and Zones
Veritas Storage Foundation
Veritas Storage Foundation HA
Hitachi Storage

Additional preferred
AIX 5.x and 6.x
pSeries LPARS
Linux Red Hat
