Telephonic + In person Interviews

 

Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
o 5-7 years IT project experience required (as requirements analyst or project manager)
o Experience writing Use Cases to document requirements

Responsibility level
o Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Skills
o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Ability to work independently and manage ones time (Required)
o Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models (Required)
o Knowledge of tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, MSProject (Required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
o Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
o Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
o Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles
o Assist in Program Manager in project management duties
