Basic Requirements:

* 8+ years experience

* Expert understanding of QA and software testing techniques and methods

* Extensive testing project leadership experience

* Excellent understanding various SDLC methodologies

* Advanced SQL

* Solid project management skills

* Advanced web and client/server application testing experience

* Proficient in 1 or more programming languages

* Insurance industry exp.

Responsibilities:

* Provide project leadership, testing analysis, status and metrics

* Manage testing personnel assigned to projects

* Design and implement high level testing strategies

* Review and improve testing effectiveness and efficiency
