Some many years ago I created this group: [link]Recently I have been receiving
spam messages on there but am unable to delete or remove my association with

Error when trying to download pdf - 2 new
-----------------------------------------
Hello, I have created two pages and created a link to download some pdf's. At
first everything was fine, but now when I and the other members try to
download the pdf's from the link of the created page it appears the error: "
The page you navigated to does not exist. You want to create a new page with
the name "Class 202_1.pdf%"?". - Tues, Nov 3 2009 3:46 am

Page does not exist - 3 new
---------------------------
After creating a page in Google groups for a college class project, the page
did not appear. This is an issue with about three others in the work group,
and no one has a clue to what is wrong. The class instructor can view the
content of the pages but not the students. The page I created was a cut and
paste from a Word doc (Word for Mac - Tues, Nov 3 2009 6:33 am

How can i create folders for our files? - 1 new
-----------------------------------------------
No. The way to group or organize files in a Gigi group is to link to them from
web pages, in the pages area. A folder would simply arrange them
alphabetically by name and might, as in the case of Y! Groups, let you add a
descriptive comment. Pages are much more flexible for you present the group's
shared resources in the files area. - Tues, Nov 3 2009 6:59 am

Unable to post - 5 new
----------------------
It has been over 12 hours now, that I am unable to post to my own groups. I
own and moderate one group, and I manage another. The policy of these groups
has been to moderate all messages, including owners and managers. For the past
few months, I have had no problem posting, and moderating messages either on
the web, or by email. But suddenly, - Tues, Nov 3 2009 9:17 am

How do I edit/delete an incorrect/obsolete Post from our home page? - 2 new
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I need to edit or delete if editing is not possible one post in our Group. How
do I do that? Is it impossible? If it is impossible, I suggest adding such a
feature to Google Groups. - Tues, Nov 3 2009 12:01 pm

un ban a member - 2 new
-----------------------
I have a group I manage where a member shows up as kosher on my list, but when
she tries to get in, her message says she's banned. What's with this? I chose
to use Google groups because of Google's reliability, but I've been most
disappointed at how hard it is to join a secret group. This is an academic
group--nothing shady. Grrrrr - Tues, Nov 3 2009 1:11 pm

moving messages - 1 new
-----------------------
I'm afraid you can only copy the message content, and post it again in the
wanted thread adding something like "On behalf of [original poster]".
Nevertheless, some confusion is unavoidable in any group or forum.....just
look this one! Regards Aldo - Tues, Nov 3 2009 4:16 pm

Deleting our group - 1 new
--------------------------
If you can't more Sign in your group as owner, a Google Guide would need to
know at least your group mail address, for taking a look. Maybe he/she could
fix your ownership, otherwise he/she could delete the group at your place.
Please keep in touch Aldo - Tues, Nov 3 2009 4:19 pm

Group has no owner after mass add - 1 new
-----------------------------------------
Good evening, I recently added a group for our family mailing list. The group
was created successfully, however, when I tried to mass-add the members [our
old mailing list is being decommissioned], I must have inadvertently re-added
the group owner email. This seems to have replaced my previously 'owner'
status membership with a standard - Tues, Nov 3 2009 7:34 pm

Hi, Does anyone know how I can see the subscribe / unsubscribe history for the
google group I manage? Someone complained that they are not receiving my
emails - when I checked it turned out they are not on the membership list. But
I recall adding them to the list, and I am wondering if there is a way to find
out if they ended up unsubscribing - Tues, Nov 3 2009 7:37 pm

Email to group from owner bouncing - bug - 1 new

This is indeed a new bug. I have the same problem: emails from the owner
account get bounced. Only posting from the googlegroups.com website works.
Google, please fix this or provide guidance. Thanks. - Wed, Nov 4 2009 12:29

Deleting old message threads - 1 new
------------------------------------
Here's a suggestion: In high activity groups, an immense number of message
threads appear after a while. Some threads might be kept for archiving
purposes for decades, but some threads become useless after even 2 weeks. For
example, a meeting is scheduled for next tuesday, all members answer - Wed,
