The Secure Design Center engineering department has approximately 60 employees ��� a mixture of software engineers, systems architects, system test engineers, and management. The team���s focus is on security and encryption key management. We look at security issues from end to end system view as well as developing products (c-language, real-time, embedded crypto engines for radios and consoles or Java-based, Windows based, client/server key management database application) or integration third party vendor products to prevent, detect and quickly respond to security threats. Scope of Responsibility/Expectations: We are seeking an experienced software developer to work on a client/server architecture product developed around an Oracle database, JBoss application server and Java programming language for the Key Management Facility (KMF). The person will be responsible for all design phases from requirements, design, code, test, and development adhering to the Motorola and department processes, but willing to recommend and implement improvements. Our product is used both in ASTRO and Dimetra system configurations.
