Title: Sr. Silverlight Developer

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6 months+

 

Description:

 

This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing the front-end of a trade analytics portal solution for our trading and investment groups. The portal services layer is based on event-oriented SOA and will be implemented using J2EE and third-party high-performance Java framework. The front-end will use the MS Silverlight, C# and MS Sharepoint.

The services layer will apply various proprietary algorithms for generating trade execution, performance and cost analytics.

 

Responsibilities will include:

· Contributing to the design of the portal's presentation layer

· Coding of the presentation layer using mainly Silverlight, C# and Sharepoint.

· Participating in the design and laying the foundation for future Sharepoint-based portal

· Using web-services and messaging framework for accessing the middleware services from portal presentation layer.
