Skills:
Ability to architect a full life-cycle SharePoint 2007 implementation including Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence.
Utilize SharePoint best practices for development and deployment of custom solutions. Ability to evaluate business needs in order to articulate product choices in the Microsoft business productivity line including SharePoint, Office, BizTalk, etc.
Ability to effectively articulate and implement best practices related to SharePoint operations including Central Administration, server maintenance, and SQL Server. Expert .NET skills (4+ years) which can be translated to custom SharePoint solutions. Duties Plan, architect, develop, and test custom SharePoint applications using custom workflows, InfoPath forms, SharePoint search, web parts.
Work with customers to elicit business requirements and translate to a technical solution using SharePoint and other Microsoft and 3rd party technologies.
Develop long-term strategies with customers based on requirements around content management, governance, and other areas related to SharePoint.
Oversee and perform quality assurance checks on other resources on the team.
Develop project and architectural plans as related to SharePoint implementations and solutions.
