Description:

Consultant will be driving multiple short term technology implementation or management projects, analyze and report on results, and develop status reports.  These projects require coordination of resources from many GIS and other technical resources. Consultant may also assist with additional GIS projects and tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

�       The Primary responsibilities of the Project Manager will be managing and/or coordinating Services activities during Normal Work Hours.

�       The Project Manager will ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to defined standards. This effort will include the following tasks:

�       Establish with Business Owner, the project objectives and define project scope.
�       Identify project stakeholders.
�       Facilitate project meetings and provide agreed upon reporting metrics (status reports, project plans, etc).
�       Identify resources.
�       Identify, coordinate and drive project activities to completion.
�       Manage ongoing relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor.
Manage project time, budget and contracted deliverables.
�       Monitor resource assignment & management to ensure hours and expenses do not exceed contract requirements.
�       Facilitate project reviews.
�       Manage scope and develop change orders as necessary.
�       Act as primary point of escalation for project related issues.
