A serious problem for subscribers to one of my lists is that they evidently
overlook the instructions they must follow to be able to use the web interface.
On another group service, a built-in feature is the ability for the moderator
to ping members to set up their profile. The only advice I have seen thus far

I've set up a group for our Organization, and am trying to "coach" members on
how to post messages. They're not very good about fixing the subject lines
when posting via e-mail, so I end up with several different "discussions" on
the same topic. Is there any way as Owner of the group to move these under the

Deleting Invitations - 1 new

I sent out invitations to all the members I want to participate in the group I
created. There were a couple who joined the group, but when managing users, I
notice that they are still listed as "open invitations" even though they
joined with the appropriate e-mail address. Is there a way to remove those
