Title: Software Engineer (C, C++, C# , WinMobile or WinCE)

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Duration: 6 months+

 

Green Card or US Citizen Preferred

 

Description:

 

Software Engineer (C, C++, C#, WinMobile or WinCE) Description - Java WEME nice to have

This position is responsible for automating software builds for applications targeted for Windows Mobile/CE, XP, Linux, and other OS targets.

 

Required Skills
* 5+ years experiencing building software, preferably C/C++/C# using Visual Studio.
* Requires knowledge of VBScript, Web Services, COM, Perl, Win32 and SOAP.
* Packaging experience using Install shield, Wise, or comparable tool.
* Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
* Clear understanding of configuration management concepts and software development lifecycle.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be a self-motivated, quick learner. 
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to solve problems quickly.
* Ability to work with other groups to understand their software build needs.

 

Desired Skills
* ClearCase, ClearQuest, UCM, VMWare, Visual Build Professional, Linux, Cygwin and SharePoint knowledge is preferred. 
* 1+ years experience building Windows CE or Windows Mobile.

Key Requirements for Success:

(C, C++, C#, WinMobile or CE) 3-5 years
Java WEME nice to have
4 year engineering degree
Good team player flexible to work in any area/project needed
