Position Overview:

·         The position provides analysis and direction in cost allocation using OMB Circular A-87 guidelines.

·         The position supports financial and rate decisions through the use of Cost Accounting methodology, reviewing and performing cost of service rate analysis, reviewing and preparing customer class rate designs, performing financial and rate impact analysis, preparing rate and financial reports, and developing and maintaining computer models and databases of telecommunications technology rates.
