What a great month it was to be a SmartRecruiters user! As always, we're constantly releasing new features to enhance the recruiters user experience. In the most recent release, users now have dashboard reports to utilize, new components made available for your career site, new job boards added to the sourcing center, and so much more. We are extremely happy that we continue to receive your feedback and suggestions regarding SmartRecruiters. As we have mentioned before, one of the really important points about the concept of the free and easy ATS SmartRecruiters is that although the ATS is maintained, updated, and developed centrally by us, it is also a community project where you tell us what you want to see and have in the ATS.

SmartRecruiters is excited to announce that its August Release has been deployed to your ATS, marking a major milestone with several important and valuable new features. A few of the new highlights include the first reports now available for viewing in your ATS, a new Google Maps component for your career site, job location displayed on your career site job list, integrated job preview overlays, and easy configurability of your online application form.
In addition, we've added the increasingly popular TwitterJobSearch and TweetMyJob to the list of available Job Boards in your SmartRecruiters. Login to your SmartRecruiters ATS now and see all the new features and improvements for yourself.

| Start Customizing Your New Dashboard Reports - The most dramatic visual change in the look of SmartRecruiters ATS is the result of integrating a few new dashboard reports. This major improvement is the first phase of integrating the SmartRecruiters reporting engine. Data and statistics can now be viewed from four reports, and many more are coming soon.
SmartRecruiters users can even customize their dashboard to display the two most important and relevant reports right on their home pages!
This new ability to get an immediate view of important data and statistics from selected reports can be immensely helpful when deciding on a sourcing strategy or managing an applicant database.

SmartRecruiters and First Advantage (FADV), a global risk mitigation and business solutions provider, recently partnered to provide small-to-midsized businesses a more effective and cost-efficient means for managing applicants.
