Exact Job Duties to be Performed:

* Perform general system maintenance and production support as necessary.

* Investigate, assess and resolve issues or defects in the production applications.

* Participate in a rotating sequence for 7x24 on-call support of production applications for customers in Hong Kong.

* Analyze requirements and develop Pl/SQL programs under general supervision.

* Conduct unit testing and participate in integration and system testing

* Generate and maintain system documentation.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

* 4-year college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant working experience required

* 4-6 years Oracle PL/SQL design and coding experience required

* Expertise in advanced PL/SQL techniques in Oracle 10g required

* Experience in SQL tuning of medium/large database environments required

* Familiarity with Java as it pertains to the implementation of Java stored procedures

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* 2-3 years development experience in Oracle Forms and Reports is required

* Experience in a UNIX development environment required

* Knowledge of Oracle APEX 3.0 is a plus

* A background in financial services is a strong plus

* Individual must be able to work independently

Required Qualifications Only:
