Business Analyst

Barclaycard US is the Fifth largest credit card issuer of USA. As part of my contract with Barclays, I was involved in 3 projects:

1. Apollo: This project is aimed at successful implementation of a system that provides an integrated, shared view of the customer information across the enterprise that enforces and encourages consistent customer data. My role in the project is to understand and identify the necessary process data required for the CRM (Credit Risk Management) to make its business decisions (App Analysis, Events).

2. Apple CMA website: This project is to develop a website to make CMAs (Card Member Agreement) available to new account holders in order to eliminate email requirement during telesales application process.

3. UBS Rewards Interface: This project is to develop and implement a web based interface housed at Barclays that will allow Barclay's benefit vendors to have online communication via a web based GUI with Barclays database of record for current rewards data.

Responsibilities:

§ Collected requirements from the business units: Credit Risk Management (CRM), Customer Care, Customer Support, Marketing, Bank operations, Information Risk Management.

§ Worked extensively with the users and with different levels of management to identify requirements, use cases and to develop functional specifications

§ Maintained and monitored project progress and status through MS Project

§ Created Use-Cases and Business Use-Case Model from the status, scope of the project and business process artifacts.

§ Created wireframes for Apple CMA project.

§ Integrated RequisitePro with Rational Rose to provide all teams visibility and maintain tractability among requirements, use cases and change requests.
