Position            :    Business Analyst

Location            :    Bentonville, AR

Duration            :    Long Term

 

They are looking for resumes by noon today. 
They need excellent communication skills and specialize in gathering requirements and building relationships with the end users. 
The consultant was scheduled to start Monday and he is not going to work. 

Description    

·     We're looking for very traditional business analysis skills- ability to elicit and write requirements, use cases, test cases, design screens (via Visio, Illustrator or Photoshop) and training documentation

·     No specific programming/hardware skills required.

·     A lot of the BA's out there were too technical or didn't have the right kind of experience. We also need someone who can form a good relationship with the customer, so communication skills are imperative.

·     Demonstrate ability to determine a course of action to solve problems to satisfy customer needs

·     Ability to conduct Customer and Vendor communication

·     Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

·     Creates and facilitates presentations to diverse types of audiences (e.g., management, customers, vendors, and technical staff)

·     Understanding and experience with project life cycle
