Required Skills and Experience:

Ø      Possess strong interviewing and facilitation skills to talk with individuals or groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information pertaining to the processes

Ø      Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts

Ø      Demonstrates ability to distinguish existing processes from the underlying need and distinguish process and tool solution ideas from the true process requirements.

Ø      Problem solving skills to identify critical issues, determine scope, present options and facilitate resolution

Ø      Organizational skills to work with a vast array of information and to cope with changing or conflicting information

Ø      Excellent writing skills to communicate information effectively to all stakeholders and technical staff, both onshore and offshore

Ø      Experience in process and procedural documentation.

Ø      Demonstrates ability to organize ideas in a useful fashion

Ø      Demonstrates ability to write logical instructions in a clear and concise manner and to be able to convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences

Ø      Demonstrates ability to write at all levels: brief abstracts to book-length manuscripts

Ø      Demonstrates ability to use graphics effectively to communicate ideas, process areas etc.

Ø      Demonstrates ability to revise one’s own work to make a document or presentation clearer or more persuasive

Ø      Demonstrates ability to edit and proofread one's own work

Ø      Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members and demonstrates the ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results

Ø      Comfortable communicating with others at all levels of the organization

Ø      Project execution skills to assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules, apply project standards, identify tasks required to achieve work objectives, prioritize multiple tasks

Ø      Can demonstrate proficient technical skills in Microsoft Office products, Visio,

Ø      Minimum 5 years experience working in IT processes, support, and/or development
