Can no longer manage group - 1 new
----------------------------------
I can't even mark spam from the group as spam in Gmail. While I've been very
happy with Gmail over the years, maybe I need to switch to another mail system
that doesn't give spam from Google Groups a free pass. I'm hoping that
eventually there'll be some tech support from Google Groups, but I've stopped
holding my breath. - Sun, Nov 1 2009 12:47 am

A very good question, David, and one too for which I would like to know a
definitive answer. Up til now, whenever someone has requested an invitation to
join one of my Groups, and they have answered my custom question, I've had to
copy their answer into Notepad, and then create a 'Welcome' message - Sun, Nov

Email to group bouncing from owner - 2 new
------------------------------------------
Hi Aldo, Thank you for trying to find a solution. Yes it very strange that I
can post here on the group interface with no problem at all. We cannot
actually register a gmail address here in the UK, only googlemail - even
though I can use either as my email address and it works if someone sends mail
to lyndabr@gmail or to googlemail. - Sun, Nov 1 2009 2:20 am

[link]I am the group owner,James Rooks, I set it a log time ago and don't have
a clue what my access email is and now cannot manage, or even post a message
to my own group. Can this be remedied or do I have to start a group over again?

Can't Save error message!!!!!!!! - 1 new

Can't save. Can't save and publish when disconnected. I have the same problem
today, but only after pasteing a spreadsheet. I have posted other spreadsheet
pages from the same file without a problem. I can make other changes, no
problem other than kinda slow. I eventually uploaded the file and inserted a
link but that's not what - Sun, Nov 1 2009 4:44 pm

moving messages - 1 new
-----------------------
Is there a way to move messages from one topic to another - or even to copy a
message from one topic to another? I'm trying to clean up our group topic and
message list, and some messages have been placed in one topic when the message
really deals with another topic or earlier email. Thanks. - Sun, Nov 1 2009 8:
