Invitations not allowing access to groups - 2 new
-------------------------------------------------
I invited a number of people to join my group. But when they click on the link
to accept the invitation the message they see on screen says they need to be
invited! Anyone have any ideas? The invited people were all non-Google account
members. Thanks - Tues, Nov 24 2009 2:08 am

Hello. My group is private and all members are unmoderated by default.
Recently, one member's messages consistently end up in the moderation queue.
I've taken the additional step of setting his address to "Override - Member is
allowed to post" and his messages still end up moderated. This member is also
an owner. I'm the original owner, but added him as - Tues, Nov 24 2009 8:11 am

Trouble adding member - 2 new

I am having trouble adding a member to my group. Although the membership list
confirms that he is a member, every time he goes to view the site he is told
that he is not, and that he cannot view the content. I have removed him from
the membership list and then re- added him, but that has not worked. Any
suggestions? - Tues, Nov 24 2009 9:19 am

Gmail for Organizations cannot read Google Groups - 2 new
---------------------------------------------------------
My company uses Gmail for Organizations. For example, we have accounts that
end '...@us.com'. However, none of the us.com logins can access Google Groups
even though all of the right IDs are listed as members in the group. We have
also tried creating a new, general Google account with the us.com logins to no
avail. - Tues, Nov 24 2009 1:23 pm

no welcome message sent from googlegroups - 2 new
-------------------------------------------------
I started a googlegroup for a 175 member arts group. Set up the welcome
message, and entered all the emails, and then got a dialog box that said
Google would need to review the request before they could allow me to enter so
many email addresses, and that it would take a couple of days. FIne -- I told
them to go ahead and review. - Tues, Nov 24 2009 5:06 pm

Hello Groups Lisa: I understand this is a labor intensive process and you have
privacy issues to respect. When you have time please confirm that google.com/
group/ newdemocraticparty is an orphand group and either delete it or make me
the owner. I wont bug you again about this until after Christmas ;) - Tues,
