• Onsite Lead 8+ year EXP Skills Handled large and complex programs with multiple rollouts and integration with multiple systems.
• 2+ Years of Technical Lead experience at Onsite Knowledge on Google Web Toolkit will be added bonus Performed the Onsite Technical Lead role for large programs >1M Knowledge on Data Modeling will be added bonus .
•  Handled onsite offshore coordination with team size of 15+ Worked on custom built rules framework Handled programs in Banking/Investment Banking domain
•  Ability to elicit system requirements, non functional requirements and translate them into architecture and design Good knowledge on SDLC Ownership of Design and Development for the entire project Strong in Object Oriented Concepts, Core Java concepts (Data Structure and Threading) Knowledge of design patterns is essential Designed and Developed Web Based systems in Java/J2EE Architecture .
•  Strong technical knowledge on Java/J2EE, Hibernate, AJAX, Caching, JSP Should support various production deployments and multiple rollouts Basic Knowledge Unix Skills and Commands Basic knowledge of Weblogic App Server or equivalent app server and Operation of Console for configuration and deployment Knowledge on Database with writing SQL queries, stored procedures.
