Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 6 months

 

US Citizen or Green Card or EAD required

 

Candidate will be creating low level software primarily in Java/J2EE interfacing with the following technologies:

 

Specific Responsibilities:

o        Develop Java software for a Production ISP Environment with legacy primarily based in C and C++ and Java deployed.  With some additional code written in Perl and PHP.

o        Stay current on technology being created as it relates to our environment.

Qualifications - Technical:

o        J2EE - JBOSS.  

o        Oracle 10g

o        Jboss 4.2

o        Struts + JSP

o        Hibernate 3.x

o        ANT 1.6

o        J2EE 1.5

o        J2SE 1.6        ( Sun Certified a Plus)

o        Design Patterns

o        Subversion

o        Maven

o        MySQL is a Plus

o        LDAP is a Plus

o        Documentation Tools, Visio, Word. Code Documentation skills, examples a plus.

o        Firm grasp of multi-threading techniques

o        Proficient in SQL (Oracle SQL, MySql SQL, PL/SQL, and Data Modeling a plus)
