Production Support Analyst, Fannie Mae, Herndon, VA, 6+ months
Responsibilities:
1. Support large 24*7 mission critical systems.
2. Analyze and resolve complex technical problems regarding application and job execution.
3. Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of application execution activities, software releases and application environment build-out activities.
4. Configure or coordinate Ab-Initio installations, WebLogic domain deployments, Autosys job scheduling and UNIX deployments.
5. Coordinate with all stake-holders application environment events including downtime, installations and other maintenance items.
6. Help manage and coordination application accesses, user ids and passwords maintenance.
7. Ensure compliance with Corporate Infrastructure Security procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications:
1. Previous Fannie Mae experience a plus.
2. Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience working in UNIX environments including experiencing working with different shell variants and networking.

3. Environment build-out experience.
4. Experience in Autosys installations and job scheduling.
5. Demonstrated experience with change management tools (ClearQuest, Remedy).
6. Full-life cycle support with emphasis on installation or software release and configuration management.
7. Experience with WebLogic domains and configuration.
8. Basic Understanding of ETL (Ab Initio a plus)
9. Strong Problem Solving skills.
10. Strong experience in working in Operations and Production Support environment.
11. Excellent verbal and communication skills a necessity for coordination and planning activities.
12. Ability to work within a distributed work environment.
