Lost "Ownership" and "Management" Status for my Groups - 1 new

I was owner and manager of two groups, but now I'm just a member of each group.
I did not do anything intentional or voluntary to change my status. But I
lost my ownership and management status, and got demoted to mere membership,
for no apparent reason. Here are the URL's of the home pages for my groups: -
