QA W/ TCA (Locals) South CA 6 Months

Responsibilities of the Initial Assignment Basic QA testing of TCA product including on-going bug fix verifications and implementation of test plans in an Agile environment. Write and implement formal QA test plans using technical requirements and design specifications as input. Write automated test scripts where appropriate. Assist developers in quickly determining the cause of problems reported in production systems.   Essential Technical Knowledge / Skills What level of expertise is needed?   1 = Familiar With       3 = Working Knowledge of     5 = Expert UNIX –3 Window - 3 Scripting -2  (familiarity with Perl or Unix Shell scripts to assess problems  in debugging) SQL knowledge and relational data base experience - 3   Other Desired Skills / Experience General knowledge of software development life cycle.-4 General knowledge of QA systems and methodologies - 4 Use of debugging tools -3 Knowledge of automated tests tools - 3 Ability to write and implement test plans – 4 Financial/Trading knowledge  - 4
