Oracle HRMS Technical Analyst
3-6 Months
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
· Minimum of 5-6 years information systems experience with proven technical skills and aptitude
· Minimum of 4 years experience with PL/SQL, UNIX, SQL, Oracle Forms in an Oracle ERP environment
· Minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle Applications modules (Human Resources, Manager and Employee Self Service, Training Administration, iLearning, Fast Formulas, Workflow, AME, and ADE, WEB ADIetc.)
· Experience supporting an Oracle HR and Self Service production environment
· Experience customizing Oracle Forms using custom library and/or Custom Code personalization
· Experience using APIs for HR and Financials modules
· Experience building and supporting interfaces between Oracle Applications and other internal applications
· Experience building and supporting interfaces between Oracle Applications and external providers
· Strong understanding of the Oracle HR and Self-Service data model
· Strong technical understanding of the integrations between modules
· Experience building reports using Oracle Reports or Discoverer
· Analytical and problem solving skills
· Strong programming aptitude
· Relationship building and customer service skills
· Organizational and administrative skills
· Experience using SQL*Loader,
Other requirements:
· Must be results oriented
· Work with and accept supervision from information systems management
· Perform effectively in a team environment and independently without close supervision
· Use discretion concerning confidential and sensitive company information
· Have demonstrated oral and written communication skills with management, customers, vendors, and peers
· Create documentation as needed and follow standards and methodology (i.e. documenting configuration changes, commenting code changes, application architecture diagrams, operating procedures)
· Experience following project management methodologies
· Experience with testing and implementation procedures
· Quick learner
· Attention to details
· Flexible and dependable
· Always looking for ways to improve to be more efficient
· Work well with others under varying situations and circumstances
· Work extra hours with little to no advance notice
· Travel may be required
