Experience with Oracle 11i and/or R12 - iStore, Order Management, Accounts Receivables , Install Base and Service Agreement modules.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, working sessions, documented business processes, and system analysis.
Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver the Business Requirements Document, Process Flows, Process Measurement, Root
Cause Analysis, and Use Cases using Six Sigma/DMAIC
Interact professionally with diverse groups and subject matter experts.
Solve complex problems and drive consensus around targeted solutions.
Drive and challenge business stakeholder assumptions.
Operate as a spokesperson and interact with IT to determine appropriate solutions to business problems.
Work independently with users to define concepts under direction of project managers.
Organized, detail oriented, take charge, self starter, and independent worker with entrepreneurial drive.
Ability to execute against project plans*,* provide timely status on progress, work independently and deliver on timelines.
Leverages team to increase quality and build subject matter exper
