I sent invites to a bunch of people in my address book. It said hours later
the invites were approved. I sent invites, not direct adds but all those I
invited somehow were automatically added. Some people got upset about this. It
was not my intentions to automatically add people that didn't want to be on

Hi Mark, Thanks for starting this new thread! The owner of this group is
actually from a @quitesensible.com domain, so if you can login through that
email address, you should have full control over the settings in this group. I
have also given you manager access on the gmail address you're posting with,

doesn't work anymore.....whereas it worked last year. In conclusion, automatic
forwardings from a Gmail address don't work, just the manual ones, like you

unable to locate google groups - 1 new

I had created a google groups a few months back. Have given access to be
listed in the directory. But still it is not visible when I search for it in
the google groups home page. The other member are also not able to locate it
through search . So everyone wants to shift to yahoo groups since this group
