I have also recently began to use Google groups to manage a university class.
One of my students is simply appearing as "banned." I hit the "edit" button,
but unlike in the message above, there is no option to "unban" the member.
This is not an ex-bouncing membner who didn't unbounce. This is a new member

domain.com. Most of them only use domain.com without the "name" attachment. Is

over. We set up the group to allow anyone to subscribe and some folks did who
are sending spam. We've stopped using the group and I even unsubscribed, but
every few days I get a summary message with a couple of spam messages in it. -

evidences that nowadays spammers are able to bypass that moderation. Matter of
