Marking as spam is broken - 1 new
---------------------------------
... Spam is a serious issue in Google Groups, particularly where it provides
an interface to usenet. It seems Google has no interest in stopping spam and
this lack of action is actively promoting spamming of Usenet gropus in GG. The
spam only appears in the GG version of the group, it is enough to - Sun, Nov 8

Is it possible to remove emails from specific news groups which flow into the
group? - 2 new
--------------
Hi It looks like someone has registered into a couple of microsoft.public
newsgroups, which sends daily digests into our group. I have even marked these
messages as SPAM and reported the same, but emails still flow from this group..
.. This is painful.. Can we stop emails from such news groups flowing into our
group? - Mon, Nov 9 2009 8:07 am

setting time limit on members? - 1 new
--------------------------------------
Hi, I would like to set an amount of time for a membership subscription to run
out. For example, a member signs up and in the settings the timelimit is '2
yrs' so after 2 years that member will have to sign up again. Is this possible?
Or could it be requested as a future feature? - Mon, Nov 9 2009 9:45 am

Invitations Policy Changed ? - 2 new
------------------------------------
Hi Google, I've tried to send invitations to around 300 members from which
group I discuss on Linux. And 3 times I've been denied. The user group I
invite them closely related to open source and they are the practitioners, and
I'd like to invite them instead of adding directly. Is there a change of
policy in Google Groups, usually we invite around - Mon, Nov 9 2009 10:55 am

I have 2 kinds of open invitations to non-members & would like to try to
distinguish them - 1 new
------------------------
Right now I have a list of pending members/open-invitations in my basically
unmoderated google group. (only posts from non-members are moderated). Some of
these pending members/open-invitations are listed in my management page as non-
verified (which I looked up and understand). But some of them are listed as "
moderated". - Mon, Nov 9 2009 6:56 pm
