Title: Change Management Consultant with ITIL Certification

Location: Rahway, NJ

Duration: 6 months

 

Position Responsibilities:
• Ability to interface with development teams and management as primary point of contact regarding production changes.
• Ensures that proper notification and escalation procedures on missed checkpoints or other batch/online processing delays are being followed.
• Oversee changes to job schedule, document any changes, adds and deletes all jobs implementation to production.
• Ensures that all production changes are documented for audit compliance.
• Review and analyze daily reports for accuracy ensure completion time and SLA requirement are met.
• Manage the change control process. Develop procedures for application builds, schedule production installs and ensure change control policies are followed. ITIL Certified in Change and Release Management process
