Avaya Consultant with .Net Experience

 

Location: Irving, TX

 

Duration: 8 Months

 

1)      Proficient with developing VoIP based CTI applications using Avaya telephony API

2)      5+ Years of development experience using TSAPI/JTAPI and DMCCAPI using XML

3)      Developer desktop applications for advance call-control and media control using .net (C#)

4)      Configure, maintain and implement AES services and CTI links to CM

- Understand logs and troubleshoot on AES server

5)      Have worked in a VoIP environment with Avaya IP-Agent software

6)      Excellent written and communications skills

7)      Availability to support on shift work basis (24X7)

8)      Ability to work with Avaya tier 3 in creating QQ cases
