CLIENT NEEDS ASAP QA Position with IVR and Telecom experience IN COLORADO SPRINGS CO.

Location: Colorado Springs ,CO(Need Locals)

12 Months 

Job Description:  

Responsible for Quality Assurance for IVR applications using speech recognition. Ideal candidate will have solid experience testing IVR applications. Ability to quickly learn internal tools and processes. Must be able to test to the application specifications including test planning, regression, usability, and recursive logic testing. High degree of attention to detail required.

Other Requirements/Notes:
Candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive personality. Must be able to develop and document test cases from requirements documents. Prior experience testing IVR applications. Attention to detail.
Flexible and able to set priorities. Ability to Communicate via Conference Calls and emails. Prior experience testing speech recognition applications is a plus. Spanish is a plus. Experience in large Telecom companies or large IT organization are a plus. We work with our teams on voice bridges and email; therefore we require very strong verbal and communications skills. Applicants should be very good at time management, able to work tasks in parallel, and have good people skills.
