Description & Required Skills:

�       Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

�       Documents business requirements and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business.
�       Gathers information about the organization�s work processes and information flows.
�       Documents existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes.

�       Preferred some Health Insurance experience required.
�       Experience in Facets and the Configuration of Facets (one-line and back end) required, specifically in the medical product application.

�       4 to 6 years of Analytical skills
�       1 to 2 years of MS Access
�       2 to 4 years of Requirements gathering
�       1 to 2 years of Visio
