·         Strong EJB/Java application development   and application architecture expe in Enterprise computing environment.  WebSphere env't with WSAD & RAD development tool exp a must.

·         Must have a strong EJB development skill, Designs & codes from specifications,  analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, & implements complex
 software applications

·         Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. 

·         Competent to work at the highest  technical level of all phases of applications programming activities

·         Monitor program execution for expected performance

·         Modifies, installs, & prepares technical documentation for software applications

·         May customize  purchased applications, & assists in maintaining program libraries & technical manuals, 

·         Exp using Java, J2EE, XML, SQL & Shell Scripting in a  UNIX/AIX environment, Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
